Todd Holmes Insurance Agency is an independently owned and locally operated insurance agency in Tulare, California.

Todd Holmes joined the insurance industry in 1998 and became an independent company in 2008.

Because of his strong client commitment, his agency grew and acquired 5 hardworking independent agents – Melissa Valdez, Mark Sigman, Helen Martin, Lesli Jolly and Karl Madrona.

The agency specializes in Home and Auto Insurance Packages, but also offers a wide variety of products such as Renter’s Insurance, Boat/RV Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Life Insurance and Small Business Insurance.

Combining as much needed insurance products into one policy is what we recommend to our clients.
